Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Clark.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 9:59 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 8, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
