(L.A.) Xavier Felix, a Baby, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the infant boy as Xavier Felix.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Brain Injury

Cause of Death B: Choking
