The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Carla Urbina.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Alcohol Liver Cirrhosis
