Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gianfrango Almasy.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Alprazolam

RIP GIANFRANGO ALMASY (May 9, 1962 – August 13, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:26 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 10, presumably after the results of the tox panel came back positive for drugs.
