The coroner’s office has identified the man as Danny Davis.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Probable Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Deep Vein Thrombosis of the Lower Extremities

Cause of Death C: Blunt Trauma to the Body
