(L.A.) Nestor Baltazar, 17, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 17-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the teenager as Nestor Baltazar.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP NESTOR BALTAZAR (February 3, 2006 – August 10, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:45 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
