The coroner’s office has identified the baby girl as Itzel Perez.

Cause of Death: Intrauterine Fetal Demise

Other Significant Conditions: Placenta with Chorioamnionitis and Chronic Changes, and Exposure to Heroin and Methamphetamine During Pregnancy
