(L.A.) Charles Lively, 42, Died in a Walkway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a walkway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles Lively.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:25 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
