Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oliver Castellanos.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Effects of Fentanyl

This was an accidental drug overdose.
