Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Holly Michaelson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertrophic Heart Disease; Cirrhosis; Coronary Atherosclerosis
