Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jaime Castellanos.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
