The coroner’s office identified the woman as Kimberly Jones.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Phencyclidine, Fentanyl, Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:50 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
