Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in transitional housing.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Isaiah Tarin.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

RIP ISAIAH TARIN (August 21, 1991 – January 26, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:32 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 15, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
