Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk in Skid Row in downtown L.A.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Kevin Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension
