(L.A.) Selina Ortega, 39, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Selina Ortega.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol

RIP SELINA ORTEGA (February 24, 1984 – July 5, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:31 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
