(L.A.) Richard Woodard, 52, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Woodard.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP RICHARD WOODARD (August 11, 1970 – June 18, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 6:27 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 10, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
