Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Black male that occurred in jail.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Julius Streator.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
RIP JULIUS STREATOR (August 30, 1961 – June 13, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:04 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.
