Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Frank Rodriguez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine
Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Substance Use and Unspecified Heart Problems

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:48 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 27, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
