(L.A.) Donnell Webb, 57, Died in a Walkway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Black male that occurred in a walkway.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donnell Webb.

Cause of Death: Effects of Phencyclidine
Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Chronic Ethanol Use
RIP DONNELL WEBB (October 10, 1965 – June 11, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:32 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 27 the following year, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive.
