Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a one-year-old male who passed away in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the child as Zealand Martin and listed his race/ethnicity as White/Caucasian + Black.

The boy was found unresponsive when someone tried to wake him from a nap at a residence in Porter Ranch.

Law enforcement found drug paraphernalia and evidence of fentanyl use inside the home.
