Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a venue.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Zachary Perry.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methylenedioxymethamphetamine Toxicity
Other Significant Condition: Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 9:54 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug. This is considered an accidental overdose.
