Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Yvette McClain.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Hydrocodone, and Ethanol
