Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 85-year-old Asian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Yuhak Ahn.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; History of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

RIP YUHAK AHN (January 2, 1939 – May 16, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:12 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 15.
