The coroner’s office identified the woman as Yarida Olvera. Born in L.A. County.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent had been arrested in 2015 for carrying a loaded firearm in a public place.

Her name is in fact Yarida and not Yadira.
