Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Yanderi Sparrow.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Hypoxic and Hypercapnic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Anaphylaxis

Cause of Death C: Suspected Food Allergy (Restaurant Meal)

Other Significant Condition: Asthma and Morbid Obesity
