(L.A.) Xowan Flowers, 16, Died on Christmas Day

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 16-year-old Black male that occurred on a street in Lancaster.
The coroner’s office identified the teenage boy as Xowan Flowers.

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Chest

Apparently, the sister of the decedent’s foster mother brought the kid over to fight for her.
