(L.A.) Wilmar Oxlaj De Leon, 30, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Wilmar Oxlaj De Leon.

Cause of Death: Acute Alcohol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 7:14 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 23. This is a case of acute alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much in a short period of time.

Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.

Oxlaj is a distinctly Guatemalan surname.
