The coroner’s office has identified the man as Willie Soohoo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Cocaine
