(L.A.) William Jericho, 41, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Jericho.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Effects

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

RIP WILLIAM JERICHO (November 2, 1981 – February 25, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 11:46 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
