The coroner’s office has identified the man as William Cabacungan.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in June the following year, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the meth. This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
The decedent’s surname is Filipino. The full name appears to be fairly common.
