Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Walter Santos Duarte.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:16 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 4.

This was a case of acute alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much over a short period of time.
