(L.A.) Vincent Haynes, 65, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Vincent Haynes.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication Due to Fentanyl (Including Acetyl Fentanyl), Cocaine, and Heroin

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late December, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
