Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Victor Hernandez Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Blunt-Force Head Injury

Other Significant Conditions: End-Stage Renal Disease on Hemodialysis, Osteomyelitis of Left Foot, Laennec’s Cirrhosis, Hypertension, Congestive Heart Failure, Bipolar Disorder and Diabetes Mellitus
