Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Victor Gutierrez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:13 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
