(L.A.) Victor Flores Martinez, 50, Died From Substance Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Victor Flores Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:05 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-October, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
