The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Valerie Fellows.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Recent Cocaine Use, History of Cardiomegaly, Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Kidney Disease, and Idiopathic Seizure Disorder
