(L.A.) Vahigh Arakelian, 72, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 72-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Vahigh Arakelian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP VAHIGH ARAKELIAN (August 4, 1952 – February 28, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 8, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
