(L.A.) Un Taik Chung, 86, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 86-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Un Taik Chung.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease and Dementia
