Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Black female that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tyshera Walk.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication
RIP TYSHERA WALK (September 28, 1979 – February 18, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 7:40 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
