(L.A.) Tyrone Therease, 35, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tyrone Therease.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP TYRONE JAMES THEREASE (November 14, 1989 – June 5, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
