(L.A.) Tyler Sapp, 33, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tyler Sapp.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP TYLER SAPP (November 16, 1989 – November 13, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:38 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
