Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tyler Chappel.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP TYLER CHAPPEL (October 25, 1990 – April 2, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:53 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
