The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tyiesha Dean.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Coronary Artery Thrombus

Other Significant Conditions: Recent Methamphetamine Use, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Congenital Coronary Artery Anomaly, and History
