Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old White/Caucasian male on an on-ramp.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Troy Parker.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP TROY PARKER (September 18, 1983 – April 20, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 2:40 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 23, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
