(L.A.) Trisha Martin, 59, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Trisha Martin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

RIP TRISHA MARTIN (July 22, 1965 – May 5, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:32 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
