Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Trevor Shields.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP TREVOR SHIELDS (June 11, 1994 – April 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 2:06 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
