Potential Salmonella in Citterio Premium Italian-Style Salame Sticks

The USDA has issued a notice advising against eating, serving, or selling any Citterio Premium Italian-Style Salame Sticks (UPC# 0-35032-67502-5) with ALL BEST BEFORE date codes through January 23, 2022, in relation to an investigation of a multistate outbreak of Salmonella.

All potentially affected product has been removed from sale and destroyed.

If you have purchased packages of Citterio Premium Italian-Style Salame Sticks, do not eat or serve them. We Discard the product or return it to any Trader Joe’s for a full refund.
