(L.A.) Tracy Thomas, 35, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Tracy Thomas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP TRACY THOMAS (November 10, 1989 – December 16, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:00 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late February, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
