(L.A.) Toby George, 19, Died in a Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Toby George.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP TOBY GEORGE (March 21, 2004 – October 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:42 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
