(L.A.) Timothy Zega, 43, Died at a Wash Run-Off Canal

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in the run-off canal of a wash.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Timothy Zega. Born in L.A. County.

STATUS: The decedent’s body is ready to be released. Ruling by the deputy medical examiner is deferred pending additional investigation.

Manner and cause of death will be added to this page when it becomes available.

A man was found dead. It is unknown if the person who found the body was a park maintenance worker who was also at the scene.
